Hello,
I placed one of my orders on myntra on 20th september 2019. It was a mango tan tote bag and a mango pink top. The package was delivered to me on 22nd september 2019 and because it was a cod order i paid the total amount on receiving the package which clearly mentioned that it contained both my items. But on opening it, i found that the bag was missing for which i immediately called the customer care as i’m a very old customer of myntra and knew the procedure. They immediately took my complaint and asked me to wait till 25th september 2019 which i did but only to get an email saying that my complaint has been declined. The mail read as below
This e-mail is with regard to product "mango brown solid tote bag" pertaining to order number *
I understand your complaint regarding the refund of the product and apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Post checking your case, i regret to inform you that your claim for the missing product got declined hence the request for refund cannot be taken.
Thank you for choosing myntra as your shopping destination. We truly value your association with us.

I immediately called the customer service again but after talking about 45 minutes with 3 senior executives i was only told that nothing can be done now.
Please help as i’ve really lost my money on that bag which i don’t even have.
