Myntra.com — product delivered is different from the ordered one so I am unable to return.

Actually i received a wrong product for my order no.
[protected]-5906701. The delivered product is completely different from
What i have ordered. Also the price of the product is also different.
I received the product which supposed to send to badrinath s j tower 39064
Dlf garden city chemmencherry chennai, sholinganallur kanchipuram - 600119
Tn india with bill amount 1249/
The bill is attached
Even after submitting twice for return of the product they are rejecting the return process and not settling the matter

My product bill maount is rs 1499/- and it was paid

There is no bar attached with the product

I have ordered on Myntra vide order no.[protected]-9881201 on 12 Oct 2019. Total 4 items ordered, 3 received but 1 product I.e Leather belt not received and showing delivered on 19 Oct 2019. While contacting they tell you have contacted after 5 days and we will not take complaint or resolve it. It is shameful from such firm..
