This is regarding the return request for following order number. The product was delivered without tags and now I am unable to return the same. Return pickup was denied as tags were not there. The return request was placed within 24 hours due to fit issues. I have logged a complaint to myntra support but there is no resolution. Every time i call to followup, i am asked to wait 24 hours but nothing happens.
I am fed up following up now and want to escalate this to myntra mgmt as seems myntra support is not resolving the issue.
Its not my fault that product was delivered without tags, but now i have to waste so much time and multiple followups for returning the product.
I am expecting resolution on this issue and pickup / process the return.
I feel cheated as the return is not getting processed due to myntra;s fault as they did not send the product with tags.
