the product is marked as delivered but it is not delivered to me. now the complaint is closed saying it is delivered.
I asked the customer support team how can you close the ticket without my confirmation?
the answer is they have confirmation from logistics it is delivered.
MY QUESTION IS DID they CHECK WITH THE DELIVERY GUY WHERE HE DELIVERED IT?
IF DELIVERED AT CORRECT PLACE YOU CAN ASK HIM TO COME TO ME AND ASK TO CLOSE THE COMPLAINT FROM MY END.
THE GOOD THING IS I HAVE A CC FOOTAGE AT MY APARTMENT AND NO DELIVERY PERSON DELIVERED AT MY DOOR. Was this information helpful? |
