The product (joggers) was due for delivery on 12th June. It has reached the warehouse on 4th June and since then no progress. I have called customer care since 12th of june and i have been asked to wait for 72+48+48 hours saying case manager will give a call on registered number . I have not received any response nor is myntra willing to initiate a refund.
Being a loyal customer of myntra, I am harassed by this behaviour as I have travelled overseas and it is not possible for me to follow up every day. Was this information helpful? |
