The delivery date of the product was 23rd july, i logged a complaint through myntra for late delivery on 24th july.
On 27th july, friday, i call one of the executives on the number: [protected], talked to them about my concerns regarding my product delivery but they weren't able to solve my queries hence i was directed to one of the supervisors named sakshi, she did not enclose her last name when asked to.
I have been told to wait for 5 days, after the complaint booking but there is no talk regarding product delivery. I asked them regarding the shipment more than 5 times but the questions were denied and all they talked about was the registered compliant of late delivery.
