The product was damaged so requested for exchange. The delivery person had come for the delivery but didn't delivered the product. He told that customer care confirnation required. when we complianed. there person was not able to confirm why the delivery boy was not able to delivered.
Today recd the msg for exchange but delivery boy today took the product back and refund was initated.
After waiting for 10 days you dontget product and refund is initated without any confirmation.
After complaining to customer care they say sorry and we can do anything. refunded is initated you place new order. They play with emotions of customer. Was this information helpful? |
