Myntra.com — Product failed quality check

Ordered a pair of shoes on 16/08/22 but after a few days, I changed my mind because I found a better alternative to it. So I decided to return it with all tags. all this time shoes were unused in the box.
but for no reason, it failed the quality check.
product is absolutely fine. All tags are properly tied and nothing was quality depreciated.
solve this issue and initiate my refund ASAP.
