Others are very punctual compared to yours. Even though they got delayed atleast they make us know about that by messages. Your service is very unfair. I asked the person who answered the phone about the agent and i told him that i will go and collect the jacket from my district. However they never told anything might help me. He also told me that you can cancel the item if you have no patience. I has been waiting for a week for the order. It is quite difficult to cancel my order.
