I have ordered an Indiya Basic Jumpsuit from Myntra. The expected delivery date was on 25th of September 2021. The order came on 21st September. The delivery person asked for PIN to handover the product. But I didn't get the PIN, so he took the order. Suddenly on 22nd of Sept it showed as delivered. I called to the customer support Team of Myntra nd informed this. They said The Myntra Logistic Team will look into it. Please wait till 1st of Oct. I followed up with the Team and on 27th they closed the ticket. I reopened the ticket as the issue was not solved. And placed a Return request so the delivery person can took the order to which it has been delivered. But it failed.
The Return policy for the policy for the product was on 29th of Sept, Customer support Team of Myntra assured me that the issue will be resolved and extended wait till 5th of Oct. Now on 1st of Oct they closed the ticket that the product is delivered to the Customer. I denied that as it is not. After 1 day again thy closed the ticket by mentioning the same reason. Again I did reopen the ticket. On 3rd of Oct 2 times they closed the ticket by putting same reason though I am saying I haven't received.
Could you please help me to solve the issue. As per the consumer rights they are not providing me the correct solution and closing the issue.
