I ordered 03 jackets on 15 nov 2018, a packet was delivered to me on 17 nov 2018, the payment was already made at the time of placing an order, when i opened the packet there was 02 jackets only. One jacket rs. 2686.88 was missing but packet contain the bill of missing jacket. The same time i checked myntra app and it says all 03 jackets delivered. I called customer care and told them that just now i received a packet having 02 jackets only but on myntra app showing all three products delivered. They registered a complaint, and told me it will get resolved on or before 21 nov, on nov 22, i asked the status they said complaint is closed as we investigate it was delivered and was in that single packet, i again requested them several time to re investigate, after so many calls, debate, they told be that we cant do anything, packet was delivered. I am in a loss of rs.2686, they closed the complaint as well.
I even asked them how you can judge, the no. Of items in a packet without opening it and if you open it, delivery man will not accept. Ultimately i have to registered a complaint and you have closed the complaint by saying we delivered a packet. Irrespective of the fact that packet contains only 02 items out of three.
Please help me.
