Hi,
I have been your customer for a long period but I have never faced an issue regarding Delivery or any other cause till date, the issue recently took place was a very worst experience. A few days back also faced an issue with the delivery person for a return Item which was been solved on the same day and the Delivery person accepted that it happened mistakenly. Again with the delivery now I am facing the same problem and the Logistics Team is simply denying their fault.

On 13th September the Delivery Person called me that he left my Parcel in the Main Gate.
I have asked the securities who were on that time they said Myntra delivery came but there is no parcel in your name from Myntra. There were 2/3 parcels but non of them is in your name.
I tried to call the delivery person that this time also he missed to deliver my parcel but the call was unable to connect.
I raised a complaint on the 14th of September as on the 13th till late evening I was searching my Parcel and asked for the same to all the securities who were on duty at that time. The Security Officer also confirmed by enquiring all the securities that there was no Parcel from Myntra in my name on that day ( 13th September 2022 ).
After Raising the Complaint IN[protected] on the 14th of September, I got a call from the Logistics Team that this time the person is not the same who misplaced your return that day this time one different person came for the delivery and he had delivered. I explained to the Logistics Team that there are no Possibilities of getting misplaced or stolen as there are Cameras on that spot. Then on 14th only I got a message from Myntra that your issue has been resolved and the information provided is that your Product is been Delivered. I contacted Myntra Team to reopen the issue and Myntra customer support assured that there will be a reinvestigation which will be resolved by 17th September 2022. On 17th September I got a reply that your order has been delivered so the complaint has been closed and no further step will be taken to Deliver the Product will be done. The conclusion given by Myntra Team is not at all justified as I am telling from the very first day that the Logistics team has misplaced or lost my Parcel and had not delivered any parcel on 13th September 2022. But Myntra Team wants to close the complaint ID by giving the conclusion which Logistics Team said them. The Logistics team will never accept their mistake and Myntra is not taking the responsibility for the product lost by the Delivery Person.
As a result of which the customer is suffering.
I would like to add one incident that took place through Myntra Delivery only, I have been delivered a parcel of one of our nearby address by Myntra only which I have returned at the same time only.
I have a document of the Feedback given after one of the deliveries done recently by the Myntra Delivery Person also I have a call recording of the conversation with the Myntra Delivery Person which will prove how much in a hurry they used to be to drop the delivery under which condition there are high possibilities of getting the parcels lost.
