Myntra.com — product messed up

I ordered an eye shadow from myntra and when it was delivered it was all messed up. The shadow was packed very carelessly and without any bubble wrap for protectection. I oredered in two tone but it recieved as one. It was not packed carefully and not handled properly. Order like shadow should be packed carefully. My account on Myntra.com with the email id [protected]@gmail.com was blocked by them. When I called and asked their customer care for the reason they didn't give any. Further, they denied unblocking my account. I feel that I have a right to know the reason they blocked my account.
