Myntra.com — Product missing register the complain for the same through the myntra app but they did not provide refund simy they declined

As soon as I recieved parcel from myntra . I had reported regarding the missing product and the customer care guy register the complain then they told me to wait then I recieved a message "Request for Refund is declined" and the issue is closed .I tryed again by reopening the issue but my request has been declined again finally I made a call to customer care same answer we cnt help your request has been declined. Again I reopen the issue they disabled my account I am unable to login to my account .So then I am reporting here Kindly solve the issue .
