Myntra.com — Product not delivered at all

I had ordered an HRX pair of shoes from Myntra and it was never delivered. The order was out for delivery and the status changed to Delivered, I called the delivery guy on the mentioned number and he said that he will deliver the order the next day and had mistakenly changed the status. Couldn't contact him afterwards and Myntra is refusing the claim.
