This complaint is regarding the 4 items ordered through Myntra which is prepaid and because of OTP issue it was not given to me.
Asked for alternative solutions, Customer care simply denied and told to cancel and reorder again . When i have told then ordered item is scaled up high, they were not bother about the same.
The items were ordered during Diwali offeres worth Rs 5541 and which is scaled to Rs 6666 a diiference amont Rs 1125 which is huge, .
Wat is the purpose of ordering an item during offer when customer cannot make use of it and afford the same later be, and Myntra is not at all concered about the matter.
Dropped alot mails looping Sr. Management as well, then also there was no solution provided and no one was even bothered . After mutiple follow up you will get acknowlegement for your mail.
Customer care/ Management have very causual approch for customer grievance, Is this the way an oraganization value customer grievance
I am sure there will solution to my issue, but mynta is not bothered about the same.My hard earned money is still stucked with Mynta.
Note : One of the worst Customer service Myntra is having.
Myntra might be good with product, but customer handling/service is the worst ever
