I ordered 3 items from myntra.com on 7th may, 2019. The package was delivered on 13th may. However, it had only two items in it. I contacted on myntra's chat on 15th in the evening and had no resolutions offered since their server was down all the bloody time. So, i decided to call on the saturday of that week, which is 18th of may, 2019 and all the customer care had to say was that i had to contact within 48 hours. #, they should disable the option to call or chat after 48 hours if they are not willing to entertain your complaint. Also, it's nowhere written that they cannot do anything after 48 hours. Irresponsible and pathetic. Was this information helpful? |
