I am gautam kumar gupta, i bought a product on your portal order number is[protected]-0245901 and expected delivery date is 03-04-19. I got message last three day (03, 04,[protected] your product is deliver today but its not delivered at the time. With this message delivery person number mansion when we call this number its switch off, out of network and after the day we got a new message sorry your product is not deliver. Its happen last three days. I called customer care he told me your can wait 72 hours for any update.

So, i can't wait for the product because i already pay the money of this product.

I need some action regarding this behavior of your company and your courier service.
