I ordered a product from Myntra which was delivered to me on 13th April. I didn't like the fit of the product and since 14th April I have been regularly filing for a return request. The return request initially gets accepted and I get a message from Myntra stating that my order will be picked up within 7 working days. After 2 days I get a message - "Sorry, since we were unable to pickup, your return request has been cancelled."
This has happened multiple times. I have filed a return request atleast 10 times by now or maybe even more than that and no one has come to pick up the order even once. I have made couple of calls to their customer service number and asked for the reason. They have not been able to answer my query. Their delivery partner cancels the order pickup and the complaint gets closed automatically. I have submitted a written complaint atleast 3 times and called their executives atleast thrice, but no one is ready to resolve my complaint. The product is still with me, and no one has tried to pick it up.
I am highly disappointed with Myntra services as even after calling so many times they have not been able to resolve my problem. My product 100% satisfies their return policy. It is sheer harassment and waste of my time to again and again call for the same problem without getting a reason or solution for the same.
In my last call to Myntra I even escalated my complaint to a senior executive at Myntra and I was assured that the product will be picked up by 6th May and I wouldn't have to call them again. It is only after trying everything and losing my patience that I am writing to consumer service forum to find a solution to my problem.
