I had purchased a pair of heels in the beginning of month of October . But by mistake the number which I had given for delivery went wrong as a digit in the number was wrong . I had tried to get in contact with the customer Care but already the product was already shown as delivered . I tried to get the delivery agents contact number which wasn’t successful as it wasn’t shown in the app. The delivery address was mentioned correct but still I didn’t receive the product.I even tried to get in contact with the contact number which was mentioned in the delivery section by mistake but it is temporarily out of service I tried to get in contact with the customer care several times but they would always keep saying that I would get an update and a complaint would be raised and I would know what can be done . It’s been two weeks still there has been no update from myntras side.I don’t know will I receive a refund or can the same product be sent over to my address again. The last time I called the customer care i was told I would get an update before 14th October still haven’t received any information .
