This is regarding my order[protected]-3971003. There were 5 items in the order out of which I have only received one item however the status was updated as delivered. There are 4 missing items in the delivered order.
The order with only one item was delivered on 28 Dec. I have immediately raised a concern to Customer care with multiple tickets however the issue is still unresolved as on date. Attached is the screenshot of the tickets which are subsequently closed without resolution.
I have spoken to customer care multiple times however they are unresponsive and unable to identify the root cause of the issue and hence resolve it. I kindly request to please investigate the issue of these 5 missing products in the delivery and let me know the updates. All I want is confirmation that the package shipped by the seller to Myntra and then from Myntra to the Logistic department and then delivered to me was the same. But Myntra has failed to verify it. Customer-care desk kept providing the information about package delivery date and time to its different stops, but they were unable to verify if the package was the same or not.
Please note that this is a serious breach of customer trust - How can the order status be updated as delivered when 4 items in the order were not received at my end.
As this is a serious breach of consumer trust i.e. delivering one item against a payment of 5 items and because MyntraSupport is unable to resolve this for last 28th December, 2021, I am left with no choice but to raise it to further authority. Was this information helpful? |
