Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a product from your site(Myntra.com). I have received a different product on 11.10.20 vide Item code no. U1MJIL6919177. I have applied for return immediately after opening the product on 11.10.20.
Delivery boy came to my house and picked up the product. After some some time, he came back again to my house and return the product to me and said that " your product is on hold and Call to customer care as the product seems different". I have immediately called to customer care and lodged the complaint vide compliant no. IN[protected]. Your executive assured me that the issue will be resolved by 14.10.20. Today is 14.10.20 but no response received from your side. I have tried to contant your customer care but could't make call as IVR msg was "please email to my complaint email Id".
Sir, it's already too late to resolve my complaint. You are requested to resolve my issue and return the product and refund my money on urgent basis.
