Wiztech corp sell defective items. My experience with them buying a kurta from the brand the house of pataudi was horrible. Myntra failed to pickup the kurta requested for pickup. Everyday since i requested for a return pickup, the pickup agent would not pick it up and initiate a reschedule from their end. The timeline to resolve the issue was:
1. 72 hours
2. 48 hours
3. 6 days
4. 7 days
I'm still waiting. I carry the kurta to my office everyday and then back home. By 5 pm when they fail to pickup, i carry it home which is just the next street to my office. It has become a sore. I wonder why i opted to buy from myntra, discounts aside.
Buying from myntra has not been a smooth ride for me. I also order a linen trouser from breakbounce which was delivered defective. The stitches on the high came off with nick on the waistband. This luckily got picked up because the pickup agent was a nice guy.
2 items delivered were defective while two other items i bought were over sized which was not a big problem to return.
I wonder why is myntra trying to sell, factory rejects in the name of discounts etc.,
Worst are myntra's men trying to resolve issues sitting in ac rooms somewhere.
Not something anticipated from myntra.
Only yesterday, i had to spend more than an hour trying to drive some sense into one of myntra
's executive who was trained not to speak a line out of the generic script. At one instance the gentlemen went on to say that he cannot help me with the issue at hand apart from standard jargons. Even speaking to his supervisor bore no fruits.
Of all their seeming courteous asurrances, i have not received any return pickup text message or email today so far.
Highly inappreciable. Perhaps, these are the perks of comfort buying.
