Myntra.com — Product quality received is not good, and myntra not accepting the return

I have ordered a here and Now Jacket worth 2000Rs. The product quality was bad for which i summited the return. But the delivery person refused to accept it telling they dint get smart approval. If i contact customer care they close the issue and are not ready to resolve it.

Updated by Kalappa Gowtham Even exchange of this product is not possible they are telling its not passing the quality check. But the product received was itself in a bad state. and the customer care is not ready to respond on this issue. PLease help me in the exchange or return of this product
