Myntra.com — product received but the status is still out for delivery

With ref to order no.[protected]-5034203, i arti sahu ordered one footwear which didn't fit me.
Now, as i want to return the product, the status of product is still out for delivery. As i have received the 25.06.2019, i tried to confirm delivery with the bar code/no. But it is not accepting the code.
Request you to kindly do the needful.
