I received 2 products without price tags. I initiated return as I didn't like the products. However myntra is refusing to accept and refund my money as the price tag is missing. I have shared images with the customer care showing the brand label intact and attached to the cloth but the price tag was never there. I have already ordered another product which is double the price (unfortunately again from myntra) because I was under the impression that the refund will be done. Now I have 2 products that I don't like and am being penalized for the fact that the product did not carry a price tag. Raised with their customer care and they are closing my complaints with their standard copy paste replies. Pathetic and horrible customer experience
