I ordered shoes (HRX brand) on myntra on 28 april 2019. I returned it after 15 days back stating there's an issue with the product but it's completely unused.
They got back to me a week later stating that the quality check of the product is failed and they won't be able to refund but they'll reship back the same product to me. They confused my product with someone else's i guess. From then i kept on calling them telling i didn't receive the product. I called the customer care numerous number of times and everytime i call they tell me the same thing. we've raised the complaint and just wait for 3 days and you'll get an update surely but no email no call will i be receiving. I called recently on[protected] and he told the same thing but i didn't receive any news or update. This issue has been going on for the past 2 months. Help me resolve the issue.
