I bought deodorant, my order id # 1215199 [protected] package of deodorant was already opened & deo was not sealed. So i retuned item under damage products section, they picked up product on 21 sept. After picking up product they are saying that your product return is declined because product is not damaged. After that myntra said you will get replacement/ reshipment in 7 days, myntra declined to give me refund, after that i was waiting for replacement but then today 27 sept i get this message of courier company again that delivery boy is coming to pickup product of myntra from me, what kind of fraud is it? They did not give me refund or replacement & now they are asking for return again. So now directly myntra is harrasing customer, they are not giving me product replacement & not even refund, when i retuned item awb number was[protected] it was sent to delhi warehouse, now they are again asking to give return when i have no product nor refund now they sent awb number[protected]. Please sir provide my refund or product, myntra is wasting my time & money.
