I had issued a product return for a Kurta on 22 Apr. I received a confirmation that it was accepted the and the pick up was shown for the same day. It's been 3 days since but no one has come for the pick up and no updates are provided regarding the same whatsoever. I've raised the issue with their help center but they keep copy pasting their replies and provide no solution to the problem. The product status still shows that the pick up was scheduled for 22 Apr. They haven't even assigned any delivery agent for the pick up yet. I had returned other products during this time frame as well and I had no issues with their processing. Only for this item I have received no updates and I would like to raise a complaint regarding their poor customer service management.
