I wanted to return my product from Myntra due to its quality and size issues. I requested for return and it goes accepted on 3 may. The return pickup was scheduled on 4 may which failed. The reason of such failure I got is that I was unavailable. Though I was available at that time. The deliver executive didn’t even call once before arriving like he does everytime. When I called him, his phone was busy and I couldn’t talk to him. Then the pickup was rescheduled on 45 may which didn’t happened. I have been contacting Myntra customer support, they said that they have registered the complaint and will resolve it on or before 7 may. But I haven’t got any response of my problem. I want to return it immediately, don’t want to delay it for a month or so.
