I am very upset with the service that myntra provides to its customers.
I am unable to return a product only bcoz i clicked to collect the insider points by mistake. They do not even have the provision to reverse those points and enable customers to return/ exchange. This is just about a bad trick to retain customers money and not return them.
I connected with their customer support over calls and twitter but they keep saying they can’t help as point collected which is not acceptable as in the same order i had 2 more items of smaller value for which points were also collected but still giving the option to return.
When i pointed that out, they even stopped responding on twitter.
What a fraud company.
