I placed an order on 11th august which delivered to me on 20th after delayed for 4-5 days. The product was of poor quality, placed a return request on the same day (20th of august) with return no [protected], maximum days for pick up the product was 24th august. However, no one came to pick up the product and i did not receive any communication from myntra or any other pick up person, i keep on getting the message of rescheduling, which was not done by me. I logged a complaint on 25th over customer care executive, however, after 48 hour no action was taken to expedite the process.
Customer care executive keeps asking me to wait for a longer time to get any details. It is already been 17 days since i placed the order and already been 7 days i placed return order. Myntra executive keep delaying the process without given any proper reason. Kindly resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? |
