I had ordered a perfume worth 8850 rupees but it came with a faulty Spray and leaking bottle. I immediately placed a return request and received an out for pickup message the next day (9th April). However, the pick up executive never turned up or called me instead I got a message saying that the pickup failed. I have been contacting Myntra and xpressbees (their pickup partner) endlessly for the last three days only for it to fall on deaf ears. My money is stuck and the faulty/defective product is lying in the box. I’m so done with Myntra and it’s services despite being a so called “Select” customer! I think I’ll have to file for a chargeback through my credit card company to get my money back if Myntra fails to resolve my issue.
