[Resolved] Myntra.com — Product return put on hold

I ordered footwear from @myntra and received it on February 17th, 2022 at 1 pm IST. I requested a return at 1:15 p.m., and the product was picked up at 3.30 p.m. the same day. Before leaving, the pickup driver double-checked the product to ensure it was in good condition. I now see that the return has been halted due to a quality control failure, and it claims to be stained. I did not use the product and returned it in the same condition that I received it. I had the same thing happen to me for 3 pairs of shoes! They're not able to give me any specifics or details as to why it failed their quality check, which leads me to believe that the shoes are not selling and so this is the way they force customers to buy their products. It's a proper scam. I'm deleting my Myntra account for sure.

Hi. I have a similar issue. I would actually like to know on how they refunded you? Was it through a voucher or direct transfer?
