I had ordered and received Under Armour running shoes in the first week of july 2019. I have been following with myntra since to return these shoes as the app is showing that the product has returned to origin and i have no option to place a return request. I have send many email and called countless times to get this resolved and everytime i am told that within 24 hrs my query would be resolved. I am so sick and tired of calling their customer service which are completely helpless and unable to get a solution and the worst part is there is no escalation matrix for any issue in the company. i can best talk to the supervisor which i have been doing so for the last 4 to 5 times and they tell me the same thing that it will get resolved within 24 hrs and send me a pre typed response to my email. The supervisor are so rude as the last supervisor i called named Navpreet Kaur told me the exact same thing as the last supervisor and then when i wanted to escalate the matter and ask them for solution as their word and email has no commitement she hung up on me while i was speaking on the call saying that she wont be able to help me further. That is the most rude customer service i have ever experience and never expected myntra to be so bad. i would suggest consumer to be very careful before buying any product from their site and rather buy from brands site directly. Myntra is useless in support
