Had ordered a shirt (Roadster men coffee brown pure cotton shirt ) on Jan 16, 2022 from myntra. (Order ID # 1194226 [protected])
It arrived early (19 Jan). I tried the shirt out but due to fitting issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was due next day but due some busy schedule the pickup not happened that day.Later i tried again for return they take the item by today (29 jan, 2022) After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "Cancelled: Sorry, since we were unable to pickup, your return request has been cancelled. For any related queries, please click here, http://mntr.se/rzik47385nx/. - Team Myntra." as it "failed to pass the quality check".
I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing". Now the item and money both is at them.. they picked my shirt(small size) and i haven't received a refund either my product . What i will do with that "price tag"??? why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.
