I am a frequent purchaser from myntra. I ordered a pair branded shoes (Nike) on 21 december 2019 (Prepaid rs. 2718)

I got early arrival message for delivery on 27 dec 2019 itself. But what happened was i later got message at 7:00pm that product has been delivered when i haven't received it. I tried to call the delivery representative through a number (Note it was some company generated no that was given to me in this case not the direct number of representative which they usually give) he told me that by mistake it was done and he will deliver it till night but haven't got any delivery yet. And now i am even unable to reach to him. I have raised the complaint with them too and they are showing me some random sign that rep must have sent them like how # this response is. Don't they know anyone can do that. I need speedy redressal and refund of my product asap.
