I brought a product trimmer with Order ID # 1208834 [protected]. As I opened the outerpacket, I saw trimmer seal was broken. Thereafter, asap I put this on return by sending photos of seal being broken and ordered one more trimmer from Myntra. The 2nd trimmer came for which I have already paid and I am using it.
The 1st trimmer was returned and now Myntra is saying that they won't refund since as per their so-called 'investigation' - the product was alright. They won't even share the investigation report and I can't even appeal because as per Myntra process nothing can be done.
Why wil i lie??
Why will I order again if I had to lie about seal being broken??
I have sent photos but they even share docs about investigation??
This is not banana republic, we are in democracy.
Myntra is only harassing customer by doing all this. Why should I use seal broken trimmer which is used in pvt body parts??
