On the 23th of june, i placed an order for a 'hrx by hrithik roshan' and ' (Seashell) brown & orange wooden chopping board' on www.myntra.com, the order number was 111316451516796647701. I paid using my credit card online.
After the payment was successful, i was informed that the product would be delivered by the 2th of july. I didn't receive any updates after that.
On the 1st of july at 7:53pm in the i received a message on my phone saying that both product was delivered. I had chosen my resident address as the delivery address. I didn't receive a call the whole day from myntra asking me to pick up the product.
I then called up myntra customer care at the number listed in their website to find out where the product was, the person who answered the call had the same information that i was able to see on their website, that it was delivered to me the previous evening.
I questioned their information and asked to find out the details of the delivery, the person on the phone raised a complaint against their logistics team and gave me a complaint number. I was asked to wait for 5 working days (I spoke to them on saturday).
On tuesday, i called the customer care again and asked the details of the complaint i had raised. And i got a proof of delivery which didn't match with mine. And filed a complain against wrong pod (Proof of delivery) and they took the complaint and asked me to wait 4 more days.
I waited for 4 days and i received mail from myntra which sharing another pod (Proof of delivery) which also didn't match with mine. When i contacted again, they said they had some system issue and asked me to call 4 hours later.
