I had placed an order with myntra.com on 12th aug, 2019. My order consisted of junk jewellery namely a pair of earrings and 2 necklaces. It was a prepaid order and supposed to be delivered on 19th aug, 2019. The address given was my home address.
On 19th aug, 2019 late evening i received a text message from myntra stating that my order has been delivered.
I had not received any delivery from them. Subsequently, i reached out to the customer care and raised my concern. They told me that they would share the proof of delivery and instructed me to raise a complaint if i do not recognise the signature.
I checked the signature and obviously it was not mine as i had not received any package from myntra.
I raised a complaint with myntra customer care highlighting the same and they raised an incident for this.
After few days, they came back saying that they have indeed delivered the order.
Now, i have not received my products and my hard earned money is also gone.
I had been a very long term customer of myntra and this is how they value their customers.

Please help me out.
