I ordered Lavie sandals and dressberry earrings from myntra worth 1514 on 13 September. Order ID is[protected]-8871703. On September 17 I got a message that order would be delivered that day. My husband was home all day and confirmed that no delivery boy arrived. I checked with watchman who usually takes courier if someoneone is not home. It was neither delivered to him. I waited for a couple days to see if delivery guy updated it by mistake. But no one turned up. I tried calling the number of delivery person shared over message with me. Below is the message.
ARRIVING EARLY:
Hi, Our Style Delivery Agent ([protected]) will bring you your Bag of Joy with 1 Lavie Heels and 1 more item today. Use Pin ******** if prompted. Excitement on its way.
Pin was my mobile number. When I tried calling delivery agent and enter pin, it said incorrect pin and call ends. I tried multiple times with no luck.
I reached out to myntra customer care. They raised a complaint and said will investigate. After delivery, the delivery guy is supposed to take signature from person who received it. They sent me the signature that is in their records. However it is not my signature nor of anyone I know. I confirmed that over call with customer service. On September 24 they said they would check and get back. Below was message I received .

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and delay in response. Please be assured that we are already looking into this & will get back to you within 48 hours.

On September 27, they sent this mail which doesn't have any resolution and closed the ticket.

This email is regarding delivery confirmation of your order number 112025154607008871703.
I understand you are worried since the order status is updated as delivered but as per your claim the package is not yet delivered to you.
However, As per the confirmation post validation the order has been delivered to you from our end.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard and we value your association with Myntra.
If you need further assistance or have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
If product is delivered to me I wouldn't have raised the issue in the first place. I have ordered on myntra for atleast 30 times and have no time or patience to make false claims and follow up with these guys.
I called customer care again and another guy picks up call and says he LL raise a fresh incident. I have not heard back from them after that. Customer care service is pathetic. They don't have answers for anything. They just say we delivered. They took my money and God knows where they delivered.
I placed a return request so that I can ask the pick up guy. They say that pick up is third party and delivery guys are separate and he has no idea who could have delivered. I wanted to tell him go pick up from where you delivered but this guy doesn't have a clue.
Absolutely pathetic customer care service!!
