On the 03th of june, i placed an order for a pair of 'louis philippe
Men coffee brown leather formal derbys' and 'bombay shaving company
Unisex charcoal face & body wash and cleanser value pack' on myntra app, the order number was[protected]-2120101. I paid using my credit card online.
After the payment was successful, i was informed that the product would be delivered by the 8th of june. I didn't receive any updates after that. On 10th of june i raised the complaint.
After that i am following up everyday but no use. They are telling wait for 24hours. Today (24th june) i called again to myntra, again same reply.
Very funny and worst thing is myntra backend team have no idea about the product tracking. And where is my product. I told them atleast cancel my product and refund the my money (3, 999 bucks). They told me that they dn't have option to cancel the product wait for 24 hours more you will get update.
Can you please do needful, cancel the product or delivery my product asap.

on the 24th of April itself. No one came to collect the package, and that
was the reason why I have contacted you.
I have also sent images of the cancellation date. PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT
