Myntra.com — product was not delivered

I have ordered ucb t-shirt in last month 09/06/19 till now i have not received my delivery. I have spoken three times with their costumer executive, every time they are saying we will update you the delivery date within 24 hrs but till now there is no response. At home my parents are asking where is the product? So, i want to file a case against them with a penality of rs.10000/-
