Regret using Myntra.
This is to bring to your the pathetic services that Myntra has been providing of late.
I was a loyal customer to Myntra since more than seven years but this last buying experience has made me belive that Myntra is no longer a provider of quality services.
I bought a product which I had marked for return (unused). First the delivery guy refused to pick from door step and asked to bring it to the delivery centre. When I raised a complaint for not picking up, Reluctantly they picked up the product. However, to my surprise after two days of pick-up, I received a message stating that the product did not pass the quality check and hence cannot be returned. But the product does not return back to me for a week now. So my product is at mercy of delivery partner who is keeping my product since 10 days now and does not return back to me. For your information, the delivery centre is hardly 10 minutes away from my residence.
Uncountable calls, follow-ups, raising queries (which get closed without a solution), putting endless amount of time and yet the product lies with somebody with no guarantee on the safety of the product.
Myntra literally made me beg for my paid product. And still I am without the product today. Who is responsible for this inconvenience and lack of proper services? I am at a loss of money, product, time and trust in Myntra.
Customer service - Worst experience. CSR either put you on hold or transfer your call or drop the call or simply resolve your open queries without any solution. Below are the list of queries I had raised, some don't even reflect now in my app because the count was more than three.

Although I have no hope left in Myntra and no wonder I am not buying any product from this fraud site anymore, any justice in this case will be appreciative.
