Myntra Team!
I'm highly disappointed by the services offered by Myntra. I have done shopping on Myntra during the sale and bought around 24 products. Out of those 24 products, I have not received 3 products, and the order was marked delivered automatically. Products which are missing are all marked as delivered on 21st December. Also, I didn't receive any SMS for those products. I raised the complaint the same day when I noticed that the order was marked delivered without receiving the actual order in your APP. It's been 25 days now there's no update on it. I have raised complaints multiple times and they don't give an appropriate answer. All they say is the order is delivered from their end and send automated messages and close my ticket. My only question is where are the products gone then? If the products are delivered from your end then is there chances that product is delivered to the wrong address? I have been using Myntra for so many years and I'm shocked at how your team is handling such a situation. How the orders can go missing and you are harassing your customers without any reason? If you are certain that the products are delivered to my address then do you have any proof for the same? Whenever I raise such questions to your support team then they don't have any answers to it. I even had word with Senior Executives but they don't have any answers to it. I strongly feel I have been cheated by you and your system. Your support team is not helpful at all and not giving any strong answers to it.
All I expect is products delivered to my address ASAP. This is not acceptable and I want a resolution for the same. Get back to me soonest possible. Enclosed all the screenshots and proofs for the same.
