Myntra.com — Products not delivered but status is shown as delivered

I had ordered 19 sets of curtains. Myntra delivered just one and showed the others as delivered. When I contacted the customer care, they sent a reply later that they have checked and everything is delivered and refund cannot be processed. What can be done?
