Myntra.com — promise date was 25th-oct-2019 and now its 30th oct

I had ordered a kurta for diwali, diwali is on 27th, when i placed the order on 270th it showed the expected delivery date to be 25th and normally any ecommerce websites delivers product before the expected delivery date.
Now, what myntra has done it changed the delivery date to 30th oct which is ridiculous.

I called to support center and they are no helpful. They provided information which are not relevant at all.
Could some one look into this issue.

I have purchased some stuff form Myntra.com on 14th October and they didn't give me proper update about that shipment. I'm tracking on that delivery company "ecom express" and they showing form last 5 days that "pick-up rescheduled"
