I have ordered a trouser from Myntra.com, I received it before the scheduled delivery (which is good thing). The trouser didn't fit me, so I thought to place a replace order. I login the app and went to orders, it was showing 'Myntra Insider' points near to 'Return/Replace' option, by mistake I clicked on it, suddenly I saw a popup message :- "You cannot place a return/replace order, as you have claimed your Myntra Insider points." What the ### is this? I dialled Myntra CUSTOMER CARE number, and after 5 mins navigating with the options I reached to CUSTOMER CARE executive. I told her all scenario. She said sorry sir we cannot help you in this, as you have claimed the points. Was this information helpful? |
