Myntra.com — Quality Check Failed says Myntra

I ordered a Blue Saint - Blue Washed Shorts - Size 32. The garment I received was of poor quality. I asked for a return even without trying, all labels/tags intact.

I see that the refund is put on hold saying:
'Quality Check Failed'. Return On Hold. USED PRODUCT.

I received the product on 4th November morning, I marked for return the same morning, and it was collected by afternoon the same day. Real quick. This information is available in my profile.

People return the product after trying out once (like in change rooms in stores.) Here, I didn't even try the product.

I wonder which quality failed and what was used.

Terrible experience on my first Myntra purchase.

Customer Care just called me back, and they are going to send me back the same product.

So, in summary, Myntra is online shopping with 'No Returns' and 'No Refunds'.

I have ordered American Eagle outfitters women mustard yellow embroided top from Myntra, on 22/12/2020 I have received it but I don't like the product so within half an hour I have placed the return request after appropriately covered it. The delivery boy picked the order from my home and he himself open it and checked the item at that time. I don't know how he covered it, so it is showing Return is on hold quality check failed.
It has all the tags in it I have not used that product, at the same day of delivery I returned that.
I have been a customer with Myntra so long, I never expect this from Myntra.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and return my amount of rupees 2099.
I have attached my return request's image along with order id kindly review it.

I recieved defective product. Same day I raised return request . Agent came to pick up and checked and became agree that product is defective but he can't collect as other person will come to pick up product. After some time msg came tha quality check failed and return put on hold .
Surprised how cheated customer. I called customer care they took all detail and assured me that my issue will will solved. On the same day issue marked as resolved . When I again call customer care they said they have provided correct product. Can anyone believe how Myntra cheating on customer. See image how product was defective. My issue detail can be traced from my no [protected].

I Bought A Boot From Myntra Worth 3k And I Received Different Product. I tried to return it 2 times and both the time it was showing that my product have failed quality check. Plz help me 3k is not a small amount i want my refund.

I ordered white and blue ether polo tshirt I have received used product like dirty .when I return and claim amount on this product.. Myntra says ur quality check failed..why???
why Myntra do froud coustmers.
I want my refund...
My suggestion any persons who's shopping from Myntra..don't shop.. boycott myntra

So I ordered flats from Myntra on 20/7/21 and received it on 25/7/21. I had some issues with the item as it was looking very old and worn out so I made a return request the same day. The pickup guy took my item the very next day and said everything was fine. I even asked him to update in the app and he said I am doing it right away. I never returned any product from Myntra so this was my first time. After that I got a msg from Myntra of successful pickup of my item. Since then alot of time has passed and I didn't get any refund msg or notification from Myntra so I checked the app and it's saying return on hold, USED DIRTY??? Like are you serious? I didn't even used the item as it was already looking bad. Why will a remove the price tag or brand name when I have to return it? It's cheating and totally not fair. How can such a big online shopping company do such cheap frauds? Please kindly do something and get me my 664rs back. They have put my return on hold and is not answering me back. Please do something.

I ordered a footwear and received it at 1 pm at 1.15 pm i placed a return request and the product was picked up the same day and the pickup guy double checked the product while taking it back and assured that the product was fine. Now the app shows that the return has been put on hold due to quality check failed - I don’t understand how is it possible? Stop cheating people Myntra. #BoycottMyntra
