Myntra.com — Realme White Buds Air 2 True Wireless Bluetooth

Bought a Realme white buds from Myntra App on 18th September for gifting purpose and received the delivery of same on 22nd September. On unwrapping the product it was found that charger and extra earbuds are missing. Ear bud is not working at all. On reaching back to Myntra App noted that my account has been restricted and I am not able to login. Customer Care Executive denied to lodge complain against defective product since account login issue need to be resolved first. Raised a complain for account login on 28th September and got a message from Myntra on 29th September that issue has been resolved but we're not able to login after that as well. Again customer care executive raised another compliant on 29th September and asked to wait till it get resolved. Had placed multiple orders prior to this but never faced such issue. Myntra was a trusted app but after facing such experience perception has changed completely, it sells re-used product to customers on his app.
